ladies and gentlemen:
You bear heavy responsibilities these days and an article I read some time ago reminded me of how particularly heavily the burdens of present day events bear upon your profession.
I want to talk about our common responsibilities in the face of a common danger. The events of recent weeks may have helped to illuminate that challenge for some; but the dimensions of its threat have loomed large on the horizon for many years. Whatever our hopes may be for the future–for reducing this threat or living with it–there is no escaping either the gravity or the totality of its challenge to our survival and to our security–a challenge that confronts us in unaccustomed ways in every sphere of human activity.
The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings.
Today no war has been declared–and however fierce the struggle may be, it may never be declared in the traditional fashion. Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe. The survival of our friends is in danger. And yet no war has been declared, no borders have been crossed by marching troops, no missiles have been fired.
If the press is awaiting a declaration of war before it imposes the self-discipline of combat conditions, then I can only say that no war ever posed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of “clear and present danger,” then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent.
It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions–by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.
Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.
His subject matter is relating to secrecy. Particularly the danger to the world of secret societies and the dark conspiracies that breed within them.
My own country, Nigeria, has long experienced these problems and every Nigerian can read JFK’s words above and hear how this speech from 54 years ago is applicable to our own country today. In an effort to thwart this threat Nigerian lawmakers wisely created the ‘Cult and Secret Society Prohibition Act (1999)’. This was a measure taken in order to curb the killings, the robberies, the kidnappings, the human trafficking, drug trafficking and the rigging of elections through intimidation, fraud and violence that came hand in hand with the cults and secret societies. It was a measure taken to curb the infiltration of politics, government, the police, the judiciary, business and banking been undertaken also by these groups. It was a measure that needed to be taken. A country infiltrated by cults and secret societies is no different for its people to a country in anarchy with no functioning government or services whatsoever.
These Nigerian secret societies and cults no longer restricted to operating within the confines of purely our own country. With the onset of globalization the menace of cultism has spread worldwide. Now there is barely a single country internationally that is not starting to be effected. From Nigeria to the Netherlands and from Ghana to Great Britain cultism is expanding…. And yet no war has been declared, no borders have been crossed by marching troops, no missiles have been fired.
It is for this reason that I address all the world leaders of the world to act quickly, decisively and firmly to delivery the killer blow needed to rid us of this menace.
The largest and most dangerous of these groups originating from my own country are: The Neo Black movement of Africa (NBM) also known as ‘The Black Axe Confraternity’. The NBM are responsible for the international smuggling of drugs, extortion, human trafficking and prostitution, counterfeiting of identity documents, cloning of credit cards, cheque fraud, 419 fraud, robbery, rape, murder and are used by politicians as ‘hired thugs’. They have infiltrated not only the politics, government, the police, the judiciary, business and banking sectors of our own country but have exported their nepotism and corruption now globally to a worrying mount of effected countries. These include: Brazil ,Venezuela ,India, Japan, Malaysia, Bangalore, China, India , Ghana, South Africa, Senegal, Togo, Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Hungary, Norway, Sweden, Ukraine and United States.
These countries are bases for these cults operations where they masquerade as NGO’s, Charities and other legitimate organisations whilst just the smallest amount of scrutiny would reveal them for that are. Mafias. Formerly classified as so in Italy by District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples. Yet we will in a world where an organisation can be illegal in it’s country of origin, classified as a mafia in another and yet be welcomed to festivals of culture in others.
My point here is to call a spoon a spoon and to call a fork a fork. The Neo Black movement of Africa (NBM) is a cult. It is a secret society, irrespective of whether they have registered themselves as this or that or not.
It is in this spirit that I call upon all leaders of the world to act together as one in order to wipe out this menace once and for all.
A country without cultism is a better country. A world without cultism will be a better world.
